Training

Occupational Health and Safety
The firm dispenses advice on Occupational Health and Safety and Compensation for injuries and diseases sustained and/or acquired within the workplace. It also drafts new and reviews existing Occupational Health and Safety Policies, conducts investigations on Health and Safety Incidents on site, conducts compliance audits and provides representation at legal proceedings.

Litigating in Africa
The Firm provides Representation in Employment Law disputes in SADC Countries, dispensing advice covering a range of legal issues, in conjunction with local in-country attorneys including in Tanzania, Lesotho, Swaziland, DRC, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Malawi.

In doing so it covers areas involving Commercial recoveries, Sectional Title disputes, Companies Act litigation (shareholder and directors), Contractual disputes, Property disputes, Administrative Law, Political Party disputes, Local Municipal disputes, Local Government litigation, Restraint of Trade matters, Exposure recoveries, undertaking Liquidations, Sequestration, Curator Applications and Business Rescue proceedings.
Advice on the provisions of the Companies Act, National Credit Act, Insolvency Act, Consumer Protection Act and commercial agreements.
CONSTRUCTION LAW
The Firms provides advisory services which includes but is not limited to drafting construction agreements, guarantees, enforcing payment guarantees, insurance, development projects, professional negligence, submission of claims and provides representation at alternative dispute resolution processes, mediation and arbitration.

Matrimonial, Divorce and Family Law
The Firm dispenses advice and services covering a wide range of Family Law issues.
The Firm drafts Antenuptial agreements and Wills. It also offers Family Litigation services (both in court and via mediation) including both opposed and unopposed divorce matters, proceedings related to care/custody and contact/access of children, settlement agreements and parenting plans arising from divorce, maintenance proceedings, legal proceedings related to domestic violence and post-divorce matters including the relocation of minor children to other countries.
