The Hilton office will be led by Neil Riekert, an experienced and commercially minded corporate and commercial lawyer. Neil advises on a broad range of commercial transactions, litigation, specialist insolvencies, corporate advisory matters and the mining industry. He spent several years in Mauritius advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and cross-border transactions, and acts for both local companies and multinational businesses in complex, high-value and fiercely contested litigation.
